Once we present you with the quote and the mock-up artwork, it's time for the exciting next phase. Your satisfaction and approval are paramount to us, and upon receiving the green light to proceed, a 50% deposit will secure your order.
With your final signed off approval received and deposit in place, we can then set the wheels in motion. We will start ordering the stock and materials, ensuring we can get your order into the production stage as soon as possible.
Step Three: Getting It Done.
Now that we have received your deposit and confirmation, it's time to get your order into production and complete the process. We want to ensure that your designs are transformed into high-quality garments that exceed your expectations.
Once the production is underway, we will keep you informed of the progress and estimated completion date of your order. Our team will work diligently to fulfill your requirements within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Meanwhile, we kindly request the remaining payment to be made in order to proceed with the dispatch of your order. This is an essential step to ensure prompt delivery of your order.
Upon completion of your order, we will carefully package and prepare it for shipment. You can expect to receive tracking details, allowing you to follow your order's journey as it makes its way to your doorstep.
